Silicone Reborn cont
So the one I want is the Preston mold by Melissa Mccrory, same one that youtuber hellomelissasue has. Well had. She traded him, and I am so sad about that. I love him. I'm going to make him a redhead and name him Dakota, after her Dakota.
Well in the future, since he's $1995!!!!
I can get a reborn on amazon for 70 bucks.. But not really wanting her, or a ball jointed one for 80. They are both from Paradis Galleries. However, I decided to wait until I could afford it, possibly when I'm 16. But for now, AG ALL THE WAY! :D

Silicone Doll?

New Bed!
Guys!!
I went to ikea yesterday.. And got the doll bed!!
Its called the DUKTIG bed (what up with these Swedish names) and its made for the LEKKAMARAT dolls but will fit AG perfectly.
It is made out of solid pine, and is very easy To put together. The bedspread and mattress feel cheap, but hey it's $20 guys! Better deal than the $130 Dreamy Daybed.

Hair Treatment #4
This is another form of using heat on hair.
I'm going to be talking about steaming.
Steaming is the same as boiling, except without umm... The lot of water.
Please get a ceramic iron and not plastic.
Put the iron on the lowest setting, and put it five inches away from hair. Start it and move it up and down. This will remove frizz, but be warned: it will take out curl or wave.

Kimmi Dolls
My dad just came back from China, and he bought me Kimmi dolls!
They aren't dolls, just perfumes.
They all have different faces and hair accessories. Their heads pop off for the fragrance.
Sadly Lily came with a crack in her hair, and Mimi's hair was cracked apart! I cemented it together.
They are really very cute, but are not really dolls. They are design pieces or perfume.

Hair Treatment #3
There are many ways to heat treat doll hair.
I'm focusing on boiling today.
Although ag tells you not to heat doll hair, it works to your benefit if mug water is used.
Boiling is a method that is used to make hair much softer and frizzless. It works like magic, and is the only method I actually trust.
Wet your dolls hair with warm water
Bring a pot of water almost to a boil. I mean just before the big bubbles, when you see the small bubbles.
Then put your dolls hair into the water. Leave it for five seconds and take it out.
Do this again, changing pots of water as needed.
Depending on severity of frizz, you will need to use more water or less.
Caution- this will take any wave/curl out and make it straight.

Pencil Craft
Today, I am going to teach you how to make a doll pencil. Pictures are below.
First, take a toothpick and cut of one pointy side.
Then take a red sharpie, or paint, and paint an eraser.
Take a green sharpie and paint the metal part.
Take an orange or yellow sharpie and paint the body.
Take a black sharpie and paint the pencil tip.
Then you're done! You can add details like the #2, and change the body color.

I had gone to Amazon (AWESOME cheap marketplace :D) and bought a cute Hello Kitty iPhone case for her.. :)
Next, I also bought some cute polka dot duck tape! Its pink with white dots, and I will use it with shoes, a bracelet, and bed. Maybe others, too.

Ag place NY!
Guess what! I did get to go to the ag store!
I went to manhattan with my friend, and I want to tell you about my visit to the toys r us in Times Square.
Well I say this Madame Alexander baby, her name was Claudia, and she was the cutest thing ever. I couldn't buy her though, because my mom would absolutely kill me and I don't really have any clothes for a doll of her size.
Anyway moving onto the AG place, I ended up only getting a souvenir t-shirt but I love it, I love that I have something to remind me of that place. It goes very well with many of her other clothes, and I was just so glad I was able to see all those dolls!!

This hair treatment is for the "not so bad" hair or hair that needs a little extra shine.
What you will need is:
Baby oil
Brush
Doll
Misting bottle
So what you would do is mist your doll's hair, then brush it out. Then rub some baby oil into your hands, and work it through your doll's hair. Once it's evenly distributed, brush it out.
After it dries out, you should see a difference! This has worked for me, but temporarily. Again I would recommend this treatment for hair that is dry and needs extra shine, and it doesn't take too long.
What you will need is:

Hair Treatment #1
Well the first post about hair treatment, I decided not to do any hair treatment, bit rather how to AVOID doing a hair treatment.
For straight hair, use a wig brush. Don't use a pet COMB, but pet brushes work. The reason is if the doll's hair has maybe a flip to it like Kit's, the flip may flip outward or just disappear. Also, you should mist your doll's hair with water to prevent drying.
For curly hair, use a wire hair pick. For this type of hair using a pet comb is fine, and a brush can be used as well. To keep the hair curly, you can brush the curl out, mist the curl, and twirl your finger around the curl. Make sure to do this in sections. This method is called finger curling and there are many videos on YouTube explaining how to do this.
If you follow these instructions, your ag doll's hair will be awesome for a long time :)

So yesterday I was looking around in these large garbage bags, and I found my baby doll from when I was three. I cleaned it up with baking soda and dressed it, and it's looking really cute!! I have a picture of lovely ??? (please comment names) and Kayla, who are sisters!!!

I tried everything!!!!! I tried acetone, alcohol, hand sanitizer, baking soda.. NOTHING!!! I only got something out of the acetone, and while that made the mark less dark it left a white shiny spot because of how powerful it is :(
If you ever get a sharpie stain on your ag doll just leave it alone and call it a bruise :)

SHARPIE MARK!!! D:
While I was making my tube dress (see last post) , I measured where I was going to cut it off. I used a sharpie and just colored it, but i didn't know that the sharpie would go through the fabric! Now I have a black mark on Kayla's upper leg.
I did some really quick research and tomorrow morning I'm probably going to try hand sanitizer, hairspray, alcohol, and acetone. If none of those work, I am going to be so sad.
Do you know of any other ways to get rid of sharpie? Comment it!

Tube dress, top
So I decided to just make a tube top and dress for Kayla.. No reason
What you will need is a leg warmer, a pair of scissors, and a sharpie or pen.
First put the entire leg warmer on the doll. Then mark off where you want the length to be, using the sharpie or pen. IF YOU ARE USING SHARPIE DO NOT COLOR IT CLOSE TO THE SKIN. IT WILL TRANSFER. next you would take it off an just cut the leg warmer there, and thats it! This is a really simple craft, there's no sewing or anything. Enjoy your new dress!
